Subprocessors

Infrastructure and service providers used to operate LatencySentry. Last updated November 2, 2026.

Current providers

Clerk provides authentication and user-session infrastructure. Vercel hosts the web application. DigitalOcean hosts the API, database, monitoring worker, and off-site backup storage. Hetzner supports independent health monitoring and backup operations. Convex retains a paused legacy copy of data during the database migration. Stripe handles billing and payments. Resend and Purelymail support transactional email and operational mail. Cloudflare provides DNS and may provide networking and security services.

What providers process

Providers may process account identifiers, authentication state, monitor configuration, endpoint URLs, check metadata, billing identifiers, email addresses, technical logs, and network metadata as needed to provide their part of the service.

Changes

We may add, remove, or replace providers as LatencySentry evolves. This page should be updated when a provider materially changes how customer or account data is processed.
